Wcn23-0422 pauci-immune glomerulonephritis: does negativity of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies has clinical significance?

Pauci-immune glomerulonephritis (PIGN) is commonly associated with the presence of the antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) but significant number of patients do not have these antibodies. This negativity is more prevalent especially in Asian population but its significance in relation of new prognostic classification of PIGN is unknown.
