A systematic review of the evidence for effectiveness of interventions to address transport and other unintentional injuries among adolescents
Journal of Safety Research(2023)
摘要
•Adolescents experience significant injury-related harms but prevention lags behind that of other age groups.•This study provides evidence to support investment in effective injury prevention interventions for adolescents aged 10–24 years.•Outside of high-income settings and for injuries other than sport injuries, there are significant evidence gaps regarding effective transport and other unintentional injury prevention interventions for adolescents.•Future research must also give greater consideration to equity, underexplored injury mechanisms and the prevention of injury in low and middle income contexts.
