摘要
•The elastic modulus has little effect on the cryogenic thermal shock behavior of the Fe-based amorphous coatings.•Pores dissipate the strain energy to a certain extent, slow down the crack initiation and propagation.•The vertically distributed oxidation layers at the splat interface lead to severe stress concentration, accelerates the crack propagation.
