摘要

•The new PEGylated copolymer was synthesized and characterized.•The novel DOX and ICG loaded-drug delivery systems were produced using the new copolymer by double emulsion solvent evaporation method.•The antiproliferative activities of these nanoparticles were tested on MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 breast cell line.•The cellular uptake efficiency was evaluated on the breast cancer cell lines.
