摘要

•A high-throughput method is proposed to select a temperature-sensitive material with optimal performance.•A thin-film resistance temperature detector (TFRTD) compatible with the battery assembly process is designed and prepared.•The TFRTD can monitor the internal temperature of the TFRTD integrated battery with stable electrochemical performances.
