摘要

•A new data-driven probabilistic fatigue life prediction framework was established.•The CP parameters can be fleetly estimated by ANN and RO curves of materials.•HCF crack initiation is due to the formation of PSB driven by MRSS.•BNN can better evaluate the probability distribution of the crack growth rate.•Fatigue crack initiation, small and long crack propagation was reproduced by MCs.
