Nomograms referenced by cardiac magnetic resonance in the prediction of cardiac injuries in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction

•Constructed 3 nomogram models for the respective prediction of cardiac injuries.•CMR was used as the reference method for the outcomes.•Established models demonstrated good discrimination, calibration, and clinical effectiveness.•The individual risk of developing specific clinical outcomes could be easily calculated and the weight of each risk factor could be demonstrated through nomograms.•Online calculators for the nomograms were created, providing physicians with a convenient method for individual risk stratifications.
