Immune profiling and RNA-seq uncover the cause of partial unexplained recurrent implantation failure

•This article aim to explore the the changes in endometrial immune cells during the window of implantation in unexplained RIF patients by Immune profiling and RNA-seq.•We found that Activation of some immune cells might contribute to the mechanism of partial unexplained recurrent implantation failure. In addition, subgrouping RIF patients is possible by immune profiling, which could help in the clinical management to obtain corresponding effects.
