Thermally stable and efficient CsF-doped All-Inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite solar cells exceeding 15% PCE

摘要
•Highly compact CsF-doped all-inorganic CsPbIBr2 perovskite were fabricated.•By optimum doping of 0.5% CsF, the device achieved a maximum PCE of 15.54%•Thermal stability for 45 days with no significant change in Voc was observed.•Improved morphology enabled to supress charge recombination and low trap density.
