摘要
•Onboard oxygen sensor for aircraft inerting system was designed.•A pressure compensation method was proposed to overcome modulation coefficient error.•A 2f/1f normalized method was proposed to overcome laser attenuation on detector.•The lower detection limit and detection accuracy of the our sensor are 3.3 ppm and 9.6 ppm.
