Abstract
The German Registry of Acute Aortic Dissection Type A (GERAADA) score is a novel risk calculator designed to predict 30-day mortality in ATAAD surgery. Input variables include age, critical status, malperfusion, aortic insufficiency, redo, entry tear location, and extent of dissection. We evaluated this risk score using multi-centre data.
