摘要
Recently, the combination of photovoltaic (PV) modules and thermoelectric generators (TEGs) have shown optimal models of energy harvesting from solar photovoltaic/thermal systems. In this regard, the design of solar collectors with simpler models and compatible with TEGs attract attention. The following article is a report on the simulation of a simple new model of photovoltaic PV-TEGs system enhanced with flat plate mirror reflectors. The energy output of the system is hot water flowing in aluminum tubes with a rectangular cross-section connected to the cold surfaces of the series TEGs. Arranged experimental results were used for the power and efficiency relationships of the series of TEGs in the simulation. The results showed that the difference in electrical energy produced by PV module and TEGs due to the presence and absence of reflectors are equal to 1095.448 (kJ) and 80.874 (kJ), respectively. Also, the daily thermal efficiency of the system was about 42%.
