摘要

•Only 6.4% of the area was highly suitable for integrated rice–crayfish culture (IRCC).•Highly suitable area was located in the south-central region of Hubei Province, China.•Sensitivity analysis indicated that the suitability results were reliable and robust.•A GIS-based FAHP approach was effective to assess the land suitability for IRCC.
