摘要

•Patients with Parkinson's disease and freezing of gait (FoG) presented executive dysfunction.•When combining conflict resolution with step initiation, patients with FoG were slower but didn’t freeze.•Cortical activation reflecting conflict resolution and motor preparation was similar in all populations.
