摘要

•An Occam’s Razor-inspired Nb2C delivery platform consisting of Nb2C-BBR nanocomposites was fabricated by integrating BBR onto ultrathin Nb2C nanosheets.•Nb2C-BBR nanocomposites offer superior photothermal conversion efficiency for exerting photothermal therapy to eradicate breast cancer cells.•Nb2C-BBR nanocomposites could combat lung metastasis of breast cancer through photothermal and chemical synergistic therapy to inhibit EMT and ECM remodeling after NIR-Ⅱ irradiation.
