摘要
•Graphene coated Si NPs are prepared by the fluidized chemical vapor deposition.•Scalable fluidization technique overcomes inferior uniformity of carbon coating.•Excellent cycling performance with high specific capacity is achieved.•The LFP//Si@G/graphite full cells possess high energy density of 302 Wh kg−1.
