Abstract
Microstructural connectivity has been widely studied in psychosis, but the similarities and differences in abnormalities between affective psychosis (AP) and non-affective psychosis (NAP) patients have been elusive. Further, there is a lack of knowledge of how structural dysconnectivity correlates with dimensional and categorical measures in early psychosis.
