摘要
•Very high KGɑ values (11.7 kmol·m−³∙kPa−1∙h−1) were obtained.•Absorption efficiency was determined by the stoichiometric ratio of CO2 to MEA.•Droplet sizes of MEA was predicted to be between 70 and 100 µm.•Mechanism of CO2 absorption into MEA changed at high MEA concentrations.•Using high MEA concentrations decrease reboiler heat duty significantly.
