摘要
The median MoCA score was lower in hypertensives not on antihypertensive drugs.Proportion on antihypertensive therapy with mild cognitive impairment was lower.Visuospatial/executive, attention, abstraction, and memory scores affected. No difference in MoCA scores between lipo- or hydro-philic antihypertensives.Lower MOCA scores were seen in patients with untreated higher blood pressures.
