摘要
The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) identifies a subtype of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) with concurrent dissociative symptoms. However, the underlying neurobiology, and the unique risk factors for this subtype, such as specific experiences of early-life trauma, are poorly understood. The current study examined trauma experiences and the relations to inflammatory and neuroendocrine biomarkers among subtypes of PTSD.
