A Person-Centered Approach Examining Links Between Experience-Expression-Physiology of Stress and Psychopathology in Adolescent Females

Prior work has linked discordance in stress experience, expression, and physiology (EEP) in adolescents to psychopathology such as depression, and non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI). Alterations in brain functioning and connectivity have also been linked to alterations in stress responses. This study intends to replicate and expand on a person-centered analysis to probe the relationship between stress responses, psychopathology, and neural patterns in adolescents.
