摘要
•A novel bi-porous mini-channel heat sink (BPM) sintered with copper woven tape is developed.•Flow boiling performance of BPM is strongly dependent on inlet subcooling using R141b.•Unique bi-porous structure can weaken or even eliminate the boiling hysteresis.•Both fairly good heat transfer coefficient and temperature uniformity of BPM are demonstrated.
