4-biphenylcarboxylic acid as defect passivation for high-efficient perovskite solar cells

摘要
The hydrophobic 4-biphenylcarboxylic acid applied for synergistically passivating defects in the MAPbI3 film can reduce defect density, form extra interface electric field, and improve stability of PSCs, consequently, the PCE of the 4-BBC passivated PSC with good stability is increased to 20.32 %.
