摘要
•SIFred and SIFfar-red were measured during the mid to late stage of a rice paddy growing season.•Similar to SIFfar-red, SIFred showed a strong correlation to eddy GPP.•Canopy-escaping SIFfar-red displayed a higher correlation with GPP than Total SIFfar-red.•SIF is mainly controlled by physiology in relatively mature rice ecosystems.
