Paraparesis and congenital severe hyperkyphosis in Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser (MRKH) syndrome: A rare deformity management during the Sars-Cov-2 pandemic

•This is the first case-report of congenital hyperkyphosis in MRKH syndrome.•Congenital kyphosis can progress rapidly leading to severe neurological deficits.•Surgical delayed for Sars-Cov2 pandemic contribute to neurological complication.•Until the surgery, strictly clinical follow-up is mandatory.•Treat neurological problem first and plan corrective surgery is a valid strategy.
