Abstract
百花蜜及果糖均具有旋光性.本文依据旋光性原理测量了百花原蜜、果糖、及果糖掺假蜂蜜的旋光度,并给出了回归系数及回归方程.针对果糖掺假蜂蜜,实验表明本方法可有效检测出百花蜜中是否掺入果糖,结果可靠.
