Abstract
荔枝龙眼种质资源收集保存是荔枝龙眼育种工作中重要的一步,通常资源保存是采用嫁接的方法,但嫁接法在实际操作中具有很多局限性.本文介绍了另一种收集保存方法—驳枝繁育,该方法对比嫁接法具有成活率高、操作简便、不受环境影响等优点,值得在荔枝龙眼种质收集保存工作中推广应用.
