Abstract
研究搅拌转速、细胞接种密度和微载体含量对Marc-145细胞微载体培养时的影响,以合理优化Macr-145细胞微载体培养的最优条件,以期达到在提高病毒培养滴度,对疫苗的制备具有重要意义.在不同细胞接种密度、摇瓶搅拌转速和微载体浓度进行Marc-145细胞培养,每隔24 h取样计数,确定最优的细胞培养条件.结果 表明,搅拌速度为40 rpm、细胞接种密度为4.0×l05cells/ml、微载体含量为4 g/L,培养72 h时,微载体上细胞汇合度大于90%,细胞密度最大为2.0×106 cells/ml.
