食源性沙门氏菌血清型鉴定及耐药性研究

Abstract
以9类11种食品样品为研究对象,按照GB4789.4-2010进行沙门氏菌分离鉴定及血清分型,用VITEK-2及AST-GN13药敏卡进行药物敏感性试验.结果 表明,360份样本中沙门氏菌检出率为1.94%,其中生禽肉中检出率达12%,血清型以肠炎沙门氏菌为主;分离沙门氏菌株对头孢唑林、头孢替坦、阿米卡星、庆大霉素和妥布霉素耐药率为100%,对氨苄西林和氨苄青霉素/舒巴坦耐药率为28.57%,对呋喃妥因耐药率为57.14%.本研究有助于了解新疆食源性沙门氏菌的菌型分布与耐药情况,有助于食品卫生的监督检查和管理.
