Abstract
为了提高黄龙果的抗逆性,筛选合适的嫁接方法,以"蜜红龙"为砧木,黄龙果为接穗,对比了芽接法和靠接法的发芽率、生长量及嫁接植株中央维管束的重建.结果表明,芽接法的发芽率比较高,为93.33%,嫁接后的植株伤口小,重建后的中央维管束与自然萌发芽的中央维管束更接近,更有利于生长,可在生产上推广应用.
