Abstract
为了进一步提高三系杂交小麦恢复系选育的效率,利用太谷核不育材料(含显性MS2基因),导入含有恢复基因和抗病基因的44个优良组合的种质,进行轮回选择育种.结果表明:通过轮回选择到F6代测恢,可以得到农艺性状优良,使不育系恢复结实率达到110%以上的优良恢复系;获得含有恢复基因、抗病基因有机结合为一体的综合改良群体.
