各级政府十分重视高标准农田建设工作,各地、各有关部门狠抓规划落实,但高标准农田应建在哪里?建成多少?效果如何?这些都是长期困扰各级农田主管部门的问题.要解决好这些问题,需政策、资金、技术等多种措施并举.其中,建设农田"一张图",通过互联网、物联网、大数据等现代信息技术加强对农田的监测监管,创建了农田监测监管新模式,推动我国高标准农田建设迈进数字智慧监测监管的新模式.
