黄瓜棒孢叶斑病苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定技术体系的优化

Abstract
以分离自沂南自然发病株的黄瓜棒孢叶斑病菌为供试菌源,采用苗期人工喷雾接种法对黄瓜棒孢叶斑病苗期人工接种抗病性鉴定技术体系进行优化.结果表明,分生孢子浓度为5×104孢子/mL时为接种最适宜浓度,接种后发病适温为28℃左右.采用优化后的体系对77份黄瓜资源进行棒孢叶斑病抗性鉴定,筛选获得高度抗棒孢叶斑病材料6份、抗病材料7份,为黄瓜棒孢叶斑病抗性遗传改良提供了抗源材料.
