长粒香型水稻品种通院香518茎秆解剖结构分析

Abstract
针对东北长粒香型水稻生产上普遍存在的倒伏现象,利用石蜡切片法对抗倒伏香型水稻品种通院香518与不抗倒伏香型水稻品种五优稻4号茎秆解剖结构进行研究,结果表明,通院香518茎基部第3节间的大、小维管束数目较多,表皮厚度较厚,维管束鞘细胞厚,相邻维管束间距较小;五优稻4号茎基部第3节间的维管束数目偏少,表皮厚度较薄,维管束鞘细胞薄,相邻维管束间距较大.从茎秆解剖结构上证明了通院香518茎秆机械组织发达,机械强度强于五优稻4号,水稻品种在茎秆解剖结构上的差异为后续抗倒伏水稻品种选育提供了理论依据.
