重金属汞离子对斑腿泛树蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性

Abstract
汞是珠三角环境水体的重要污染物,对水生生物危害巨大.对华南区常见的斑腿泛树蛙蝌蚪进行急性毒性实验,共设置10个浓度,结果表明Hg2+对斑腿泛树蛙蝌蚪的24h,48h,72h,96 h的半致死浓度(LC50)分别为0.634,0.596,0.415和0.394 mg/L,Hg2+浓度与LC50有一定的线性相关.比较汞离子对多种蛙类的毒性影响,斑腿泛树蛙的汞离子污染耐受能力中等.
