一般来说,活禽从养殖场运到农贸市场,一旦遇到温度、湿度等运输条件发生变化,容易引发疾病.同时,活禽进货渠道很复杂,产品质量难以追溯,食品安全无法保障.另外,农贸市场上存放活鸡活鸭,会产生大量粪便、羽毛,特别是现宰现杀后留下的鸡毛鸭毛、鸡粪鸭粪、污水内脏等附属物,污染周围环境,不仅气味差,还容易引起疾病传播.
