镉污染稻田甘薯替代种植模式的应用

Abstract
以低镉积累的鲜食用甘薯品种普薯32及淀粉加工用甘薯品种湘薯98为材料,在典型镉重度污染稻田种植结构调整区域开展了甘薯替代种植模式的生产试验.结果表明:普薯32与湘薯98的平均单产分别为45917.2与54371.8 kg/hm2,在水改旱稻田种植均表现出高产、稳产特性;普薯32平均产值为61983元/hm2;湘薯98平均鲜薯产值为48465元/hm2;湘薯98折算淀粉加工产值为162844元/hm2.在土壤全镉含量为0.94~1.84 mg/kg的稻田区,测得普薯32鲜薯镉含量范围为0.006~0.021 mg/kg,湘薯98鲜薯镉含量范围为0.011~0.045 mg/kg,淀粉制样镉含量为0.003~0.014 mg/kg,相关农产品镉含量均未超出国家相关限量标准值(0.1 mg/kg).同时,该研究发现甘薯淀粉加工制品镉含量显著低于鲜薯镉含量.
