Abstract
细胞穿膜肽是一种包含5～30个氨基酸残基的多肽,其自身不仅可穿透细胞膜,而且不会引起细胞损伤,还可以转运亲水分子(肽、蛋白质和核酸)以及纳米粒子等生物大分子物质进入胞内,进入细胞后可降解.由于细胞穿膜肽具有上述优点,近年来细胞穿膜肽已在肿瘤靶向治疗、新药开发、基因治疗和细胞转染载体等方面的研究取得了显著的进展.本文对细胞穿膜肽的分类、国内外的研究现状以及在各领域的应用进行综述.
