采用纸片扩散法测定120株大肠杆菌分离株对多种药物的耐药性,结果表明,大肠杆菌多重耐药性情况严重,多重耐药达到100％,耐17种药物的菌株数最多,达到20.78％,有些菌株耐药达到20种,对阿米卡星的敏感性最强.
