Abstract
根据河南省当地的免疫程序,免疫不同厂家的新支流疫苗,并对1、7、14、21、28、35、48、60日龄蛋雏鸡进行免疫抗体跟踪监测,分析母源抗体和疫苗免疫抗体变化情况.试验结果表明,蛋鸡育雏期母源抗体在7日龄内维持在较高水平,随后开始随着日龄的增加而逐渐下降,免疫新支流疫苗后,新城疫、H9亚型禽流感、传染性支气管炎抗体产生时间不一致,且不同厂家新支流疫苗的免疫效果不同.
