Abstract
白塞病(Behcet's disease,BD)是一种原因不明的以细小血管炎为病理基础,主要累及皮肤、黏膜的慢性进行性多系统损害的疾病.当白塞病引起神经系统受累时,则称为神经白塞病[1,2](Neuro-Behect's disease,NBD).本文通过对NBD文献复习,就其病因、发病机制、临床表现、临床特征、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗与预后作一综述.
