Abstract
γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(γ-GT)在生物体内广泛存在,是一种含巯基的线粒体酶,是谷胱甘肽(GSH)代谢的关键酶之一[1].γ-GT主要分布于上皮细胞、肾小管上皮细胞、肝毛细胆管、中枢神经系统内的毛细血管内皮细胞,血清中的γ-GT则主要来自肝胆,是肝胆疾病检出阳性率最高的酶.
