摘要

•The course of impairment in personality functioning (IPF) in adolescence was examined.•Latent Growth Curve Modeling (LGCM) and Latent Class Growth Analysis (LCGA) were used.•No linear change of IPF was found throughout adolescence, however results indicated quadratic change.•Four classes were found that differed significantly regarding Big-Five traits, emotion regulation, and psychopathology.
