摘要
Ten aromatic polyketides (1-10), including a new pair of atropisomers (1 and 2) and two new compounds (3 and 4), were isolated from the culture of an endophytic Aspergillus sclerotiorum. Their chemical structures were elucidated by comprehensive spectra analysis, and the absolute configurations were established by electronic circular dichroism (ECD) experiments and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1, 2, 4, and 7 displayed mild inhibitory activity on the growth of Bacillus subtilis, and compounds 5 and 6 exhibited relatively moderate inhibitory activity on the growth of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and B. subtilis with MIC values ranging from 0.93 +/- 0.12 to 5.91 +/- 0. 26 mu g/mL.
