摘要
Xyleborinus gracilis is an ambrosial beetle widely distributed in the Americas. In Mexico it is present in six states of the south and northeast. This beetle carries exotic phytopathogenic fungus for the Lauraceae. Its occurrence was recorded for the first time in Nayarit using, baited traps during the period November2017 to October-2018. We collected 39 females during the most abundant period of capture, November to February, indicating its affinity to emerge in the winter.
