Navigational guidance - A deep learning approach.

•A deep learning based approach for solving Directed Steiner Tree problems is proposed.•The model takes advantage of the intrinsic structure of graphs.•Several effective training strategies are designed to facilitate the model training of large-scale problems.•Compared to classic methods, our approach shows promising results in terms of solvability and execution time.•The proposed approach can be applied to address some variants of the Steiner Tree problems.
