摘要
•Functional brain topology of Bhramari meditators is more integrated during and after the meditation in alpha band.•Findings of this work help meditators to determine the effectiveness of their pranayama practice inducing relaxation.•Graph theory analysis of EEG functional brain networks shows small-world properties in all the frequency bands.•Bhramari pranayama increases the gamma spectral power in the brain's temporal and parietal regions.
