With the continuous improvement of the residents' requirements for pharmaceutical consumption and the level of medical security, the development space of pharmaceutical logistics in China has been further expanded, but due to the high quality requirements and perishability of cold chain drugs, the operation cost of pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics remains high. In this paper, based on the secondary pharmaceutical cold chain logistics network of multiple distribution centers-multiple retail outlets, a pharmaceutical cold chain logistics inventory and distribution collaborative optimization model is constructed. A two-stage simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the optimal strategy for the collaborative optimization of inventory and distribution in pharmaceutical cold chain logistics, and compares it with the cost of individual decisions, the validity of the model and the important role of collaborative decision making in reducing the cost of the supply chain are verified.
