Minimally invasive surgery in cardiac masses

Due to advances in cardiac surgery, the tendency to use minimally invasive methods daily is increasing. On the other side, due to the higher proportion of benign masses compared to malignant in the heart, surgery with smaller incisions is also much more acceptable for the patient, although these methods are harder and more time consuming for the surgeon. This chapter briefly describes how to operate patients with benign masses by introducing a few cases.
