摘要
Hepatitis is an inflammatory response in the liver caused by a variety of etiologies. The clinical manifestations and pathogenesis of different types of hepatitis are not completely the same. But most hepatitis will gradually develop into liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, and even hepatocellular carcinoma and liver failure. However, there are still no specific interventions for the therapy of hepatitis. In addition, patients often have multiple complications and need to be repeatedly admitted to the hospital for therapy, which requires a lot of therapy and nursing costs and medical resources. Serious patients even need liver transplantation. microRNA is a short noncoding RNA that can regulate the expression of target genes at the posttranscriptional level and play an important role in the occurrence and development of a variety of liver diseases. In recent years, miRNA-targeted therapy has been mainly used in the therapy of tumors and has attracted the attention of researchers all over the world. This article reviews the latest research progress of miRNA-targeted therapy in hepatitis and provides reference for the relative research in the future.
